Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract and perform independent contractor work in your jurisdiction.

Independent contractor relationship

Experts engage with Dusker as independent contractors, not employees, partners or agents. You are responsible for your own taxes, equipment and expenses. Nothing here creates an employment relationship. {{TODO}}: confirm contractor terms with counsel.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, truthful information in your application and profile.
  • Perform work to the quality standards and guidelines provided for each project.
  • Keep project materials confidential and never share them outside the platform.
  • Do not submit work that is plagiarized, AI-generated where prohibited, or unlawful.

Payment

Approved work is paid on the cycle and at the rates communicated to you for each project. Specific payment terms, methods and timing are confirmed during onboarding. {{TODO}}: finalize payment terms.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work product you create through the platform is owned by or assigned to Dusker or its clients. {{TODO}}: confirm IP assignment language.

Termination

Either party may end the relationship at any time. We may suspend or remove access for violations of these Terms or applicable law.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Changes
